Cronache della Sindone:
Finding the Lost

This evening I was dreadfully hungry, and Tala volunteered as a blood doll despite being unable to bond others to her using her blood. Her naivety remains evident as ever.
Cedric finally left his slumber - I was beginning to doubt he ever would, and, if he did, if he would be the same. I have no experience with these strange powers of the Malkavians, and Zachariah seems to be unfamiliar as I am. Perhaps he could learn these abilities once I ensnare Jinx? To be determined.
After conversing briefly with the coterie, I was summoned to the embassy by Carlo, and we spoke privately in the shadowlands. It was quite the interesting meeting - he informed me that the Lasombra were able to spy on people using their shadows, as I suspected. He taught me a new ritual that allowed me to return to the skinlands through the Sudario at any point, and not only through our family’s portals. We discussed my intentions to kidnap the Tremere called Seven, and we spoke of the Tal’Mahe’Ra – apparently, they used to be a sect, far older than the Camarilla. While many think they are completely gone, resigned to the dustbin of history, Carlo believes they exist still and act through secrecy. I am inclined to believe him, as it would certainly align with some of the things I’ve learned at the temple. Still, though, these implications are frightening.
